the moment right before the kiss. i love seeing this shot almost as much as i love seeing the actual kiss. blaine’s face just says it all. his expression is so full of love and want i can’t even take it. and their hands<3

I NEVER NOTICED THE HANDS but god, his face. I always think about how Darren said he let Blaine completely take over that whole day and how nervous he was and how it was such a release and just tlkjdsjkflssdf;l

everything about this moment is Darren’s expression, for me. Chris looks wound tight, prepared, almost bracing himself in nervousness, which is where Kurt would have been.

but it’s Darren, living everything Blaine would have been feeling in that fraction of a second, that made this moment what it is. i could probably give you paragraphs of poetic prose about the way his eyes are lingering on Chris’s mouth, or the way his mouth falls open just so, like when your heart is beating so fast and your head is spinning, you forget to breathe out your nose and start breathing out your mouth.

but it doesn’t need paragraphs. because that face, that expression, and all the emotion behind it can be brought down to one word: longing.
